Relaxing Poolside

During my stay, I thoroughly enjoyed the spacious pool area, which featured a fantastic water slide for the kids and a beautiful saltwater pool. It was the perfect place to unwind with a tropical drink in hand, all while surrounded by the lovely outdoor landscape. I found peace with the relaxing atmosphere and the beach access right nearby.

Comfortable Ocean View

I was lucky enough to be upgraded to an ocean view room. The soft beds provided a comfortable sleep after a long day of exploring. The room was clean and had a lovely balcony to enjoy the sunsets. It made my stay truly nice and relaxing.

Convenient Dining Options

One of the highlights of my experience was the convenience of having a Denny's right across the street. Additionally, I loved being able to relax and enjoy some snacks and drinks by the pool bar. The relaxed dining atmosphere made it easy to enjoy meals without leaving the hotel's hotel.

Family-Friendly Paradise

This hotel is an excellent choice for families! The children loved the multiple pools and especially the water slide. The beach access and the grassy area provided plenty of space for my kids to play and enjoy the outdoors while being safe and supervised. It truly felt like a family-friendly paradise.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience at The Condado Plaza Hilton. The location is perfect, just minutes from the beach and local attractions. The pool and beach area are beautiful and well-kept. While the service was generally accommodating, there were some hiccups such as the lack of bell staff upon arrival and issues with the room amenities. The room was spacious, but it did have some outdated furniture that didn't quite meet Hilton standards, which was a letdown. Nevertheless, I would recommend this place for its amenities and beautiful surroundings.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is fantastic and I appreciated the attentive staff, the condition of the rooms left much to be desired. The service was painfully slow at times, but the overall hospitality of the hotel staff made for a welcoming atmosphere.
